'If it breaths, it can and will be altered.' The motto of a disgruntled scientist known as Neuchus or as he prefers 'Newkliar'. Neuchus is the very definition of curious, poking and prodding and slicing open anything that lives. Neuchus has  a real fetish for taking something and completely changing it. His first alteration was nothing other than his self. When he was younger he made a very complex soft drink of some very rare and toxic elements and drunk it without thinking it over. What resulted was his skin turning sheet white, his eyes nothing but bright green orbs, his hair a bluish green and his blood a liquid that resembles ammonia.
